Breakfast was provided even though it was Christmas and Boxing day.Food was good. Service good, very quiet which was lovely and friendly staff. A beautiful building.

The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. Everything was clean and well catered for. My friends room was opposite mine and despite two weddings over the two days we were there, we were located well away from any noise of music etc

During my travels in the UK, which I undertake almost every year, I've noticed that the farther we stay from the main cities, the more authentic the hospitality service becomes. This holds true for the Best Western Lancashire Manor Hotel as well—excellent check-in and check-out experience, with a brilliant breakfast team. I’m an early riser and though the eggs were not ready, someone went the extra mile to prepare them for me. Kudos to the gentleman who was in all black attire that morning.

A lovely private accommodation, it is tucked away, with gardens and trees (not knowing near a business park). The restaurant was lovely with a good breakfast selection, also very nice evening meals. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel appeared to be full, weddings, but no noise or disturbances. Slept like a log. We were visiting family, and a short walk to Up Holland was convenient.

I’ve stayed several times and the beds are large and comfy and the shower is nice and powerful. Breakfast was superb as always and the staff are very attentive.

Really easy access onto motorway as we had to travel to Formby several times. Eating in the restaurant first evening have to say very good quality and really nice service. Breakfast was outstanding. One very small problem sink in our room would not drain away reported this reception and it was sorted out within 15 minutes that is what you call service..

The room was a very good size and well equipped with the expected bathroom items (although a small towel rail for the hand towel would be useful). A bonus was that the heating radiator was available 24 hours and easy to regulate, first class.

The hotel was lovely, the bar and dining areas are really cosy. The staff were very friendly & helpful too. The food was really good. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The room was lovely and warm and it was easy to adjust the temperature on the radiator.
